Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chameleon Game Shop (chameleongameshop.com). We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at admin@chameleongameshop.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Made-to-Order & 3D Printed Items
Many of our products, including figures and 3D printed items, are made to order. Because these items are produced specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on these products. However, we stand behind the quality of our work — see our Damaged or Defective Items policy below.
3. Returns
For non-customized, ready-made items (such as tees and stickers), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You contact us first to request a return authorization
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@chameleongameshop.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation, at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@chameleongameshop.com.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different pose, color, or size (where available), please contact us at admin@chameleongameshop.com.
8. Shipping for Returns
To return your product, please contact us first for the correct return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.
